Refund Policy
Lensmart operates as a marketplace connecting merchants and customers. Refunds are governed under the following conditions:
1. Merchant Responsibility
Refunds for products are the responsibility of the respective merchants.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be initiated if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Order not fulfilled
3. Time Frame
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Platform Role
Lensmart facilitates the refund process but does not hold responsibility for merchant disputes.
